Project Overview
Homecare Manager is a new home care platform built for family caregivers managing a loved one's care at home, with no medical background required. Studio Vora designed and built the launch website in Framer, then implemented GA4 analytics in partnership with the client's app development team and their US marketing agency, giving a new healthcare business a search-ready foundation to launch on and grow from.
What does a home care website need to answer for the person searching?
Most people researching a home care platform aren't the patient, they're the adult family member searching late at night after a fall, a diagnosis, or a hospital discharge. Homecare Manager needed a website built around that specific searcher: a family caregiver with no medical training, looking for a clear answer to "can I actually do this at home?"
Studio Vora's role was to take the client's own content and photography and structure it into a family-caregiver-first site, while making sure every visitor was tracked accurately from day one.

The Challenge
How do you launch a home care website for one audience, with someone else's content?
Homecare Manager needed a focused first version answering the questions a family caregiver actually searches: does this require medical training, how much does it cost without insurance, is my loved one's data private. The client had already written the copy and sourced the photography, so the brief was to structure that material into a clear, trustworthy, search-friendly site rather than write messaging from scratch.
At the same time, two outside vendors needed the site to work for them immediately: the app development team building the product behind it, and the US marketing agency preparing to run campaigns.
Solution Process
From client-supplied content to a search-ready, trackable launch site
01: Family Caregiver Content Structuring Took the client's existing copy and photography and organised it around the family caregiver's real questions and journey, from "no medical training needed" through to sharing a report with a doctor.
02: Framer Web Design & Build Built the Home, Features, Pricing and FAQ pages in Framer, including the real-caregiver testimonial section and the security and compliance trust block.
03: GA4 Analytics Implementation Set up GA4 and Search Console on the live site ahead of launch, defining the events needed to track visitor and sign-up activity.
04: Cross-Vendor Alignment Coordinated directly with the client's app development team and their US marketing agency to confirm GA4 tracking matched both teams' needs, so campaign and product data stayed consistent from launch day.
Phone and tablet responsiveness:

Outcomes
A live, search-ready launch site: a credible presence to start promoting itself as a new brand.
Unified analytics from day one: GA4 and Search Console implemented so campaign traffic and product data are measured on the same foundation as the business scales.
Client feedback:
"The team has been a trusted partner for Airis, helping us build and manage our website while also supporting a range of brand and IT decisions. Larissa is thoughtful, reliable, and easy to work with, and we really value the long-term partnership we’ve built together." - Kevin R. Van Splunder, Director of Business Development at Homecare Manager
This is the first version of Homecare Manager's website, Studio Vora continues to work with the team as new features roll out. Whether you're launching a new business or updating an existing one, Vora designs websites built around how your real audience searches and grows.
